Refund policy

At Radha Boutique, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You received the wrong size, color, or item

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (tags, labels, box, etc.)

To be eligible, customers must contact us with proof (photos/videos) within 7 days of delivery.


2. Return Timeframe

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Sarees with fall/pico done on request

  • Customized or altered products

  • Clearance/discounted sale items

  • Accessories (jewelry, bags, innerwear, etc.)

  • Items showing wear, perfume scent, stains, or damage caused after delivery


4. How to Request a Return

Please share:

  • Your Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos of the product (mandatory)

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.


5. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a free reverse pickup or reimburse your return shipping cost.

  • For any other approved return, the customer must bear the return shipping charges.


6. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will go to your original payment method

  • COD order refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer

Refunds are approved only after quality check.


7. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for:

  • Size change

  • Replacement with the same or different product (if stock is available)

If the desired product/size is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.


8. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  1. Take clear photos/videos within 24–48 hours

  2. Email them to radhaboutique5252@gmail.com

  3. We will arrange a free pickup and offer a replacement or refund

Claims without photo/video proof cannot be processed.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
