1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return only if:

You received the wrong size, color, or item

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (tags, labels, box, etc.)
To be eligible, customers must contact us with proof (photos/videos) within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Timeframe
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Sarees with fall/pico done on request

Customized or altered products

Clearance/discounted sale items

Accessories (jewelry, bags, innerwear, etc.)

Items showing wear, perfume scent, stains, or damage caused after delivery

5. Return Shipping Cost

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a free reverse pickup or reimburse your return shipping cost.

For any other approved return, the customer must bear the return shipping charges.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days

Refunds will go to your original payment method

COD order refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer
Refunds are approved only after quality check.
7. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange for:

Size change

Replacement with the same or different product (if stock is available)
If the desired product/size is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.
8. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

Take clear photos/videos within 24β48 hours

We will arrange a free pickup and offer a replacement or refund
Claims without photo/video proof cannot be processed.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
