Information used by this website
Browsing the collection does not require a customer account. The bag stores product references and quantities in your browser so it can be restored on that device. When online checkout is enabled and you place an order, the boutique receives your name, verified phone number, delivery address, city, PIN code, purchased items and payment/order references. This information is used to process the purchase, provide order support and arrange delivery.
WhatsApp enquiries & manual payments
When you choose WhatsApp, the prepared enquiry includes your selected products, sizes and quantities. You can review the message before sending it. WhatsApp and your UPI app process information under their own terms. For manual orders, the boutique may collect delivery details and the transaction reference through that conversation; the website does not automatically verify or record those payments.
Verification & service providers
When enabled, Twilio processes your mobile number to send and check an SMS verification code. A short-lived secure cookie maintains phone verification for checkout. Payment details are entered into Razorpay’s payment interface; this website does not store your full card number, card security code or UPI PIN. Website hosting and storage process the records needed to operate the store. Contact details needed for delivery may be shared with the courier fulfilling an order.
Owner uploads & AI photos
The owner signs in using ChatGPT and the shop checks the signed-in email to restrict dashboard access. Original garment uploads are stored for the product listing. If the owner requests a model photoshoot after the AI service is activated, the garment reference photos and product context are sent to OpenAI to generate that image. Customer phone numbers and delivery addresses are not part of this photoshoot request.
Cookies & retention
The website uses browser storage for the bag and authentication or verification cookies where needed. It does not include a customer marketing signup or advertising tracking feature. Hosting and service providers may process technical logs such as IP addresses for security and service operation. Order records are retained for fulfilment, support, accounting and applicable legal requirements; this website does not currently apply an automatic order-deletion schedule. Clearing your browser storage removes the bag on that device, but does not delete order records held by the boutique.
Your enquiries
Contact the boutique to ask about your order information, request a correction or ask for deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes. Links to Instagram and payment or verification providers have their own privacy practices.
