Product pages show the listed price in Indian rupees, available sizes and stock. Contact the boutique before ordering if you need measurements, fabric information or care instructions. Photographs may look different across screens. Photos labelled AI model styling are generated presentation images and may alter garment details; use the original garment photographs and description to assess the item. Material differences from the description are handled under our return policy.
Placing an order
A shopping bag or WhatsApp/Instagram enquiry is not a completed purchase. For enquiries, confirm the item, size, availability, delivery charge and applicable terms directly with the boutique before paying. When online checkout is available, enter accurate contact and delivery details, verify your mobile number and review the final total and terms before authorising payment. Keep the confirmation and payment reference.
Manual UPI payments
After the boutique confirms the complete order total, use our UPI payment instructions. The shop checks receipt in its bank or UPI app before confirming payment. A screenshot, submitted reference or successful app redirect does not automatically mark an order paid on this website. Never pay an unconfirmed bag subtotal.
Payment & availability
Online payment is processed through Razorpay when activated. Orders are marked paid after payment is confirmed with the provider. Checkout stock is held temporarily while payment is pending. If a delayed payment arrives after a stock hold expires, the boutique must check availability and arrange fulfilment or the appropriate refund. Do not share verification codes or payment PINs with anyone.
