Dispatch & delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 days after the boutique confirms availability, the order and payment. Dispatch is when a parcel leaves the shop; delivery takes additional time depending on the courier and destination. Serviceability and delivery charges are confirmed using your PIN code and the packed parcel weight before you pay. Contact the boutique with your order reference if a parcel is delayed or has not arrived.

Receiving your parcel
Check the parcel and garment on arrival. If something is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact the boutique for assistance. Keep your order confirmation and packaging while the issue is assessed.
